Development of and alignment of the business and marketing strategy with the Firm’s 2-year Strategy Plan to 1/1/2010.
In conjunction with Divisional Heads and Partners develop and implement the Business Development and Marketing initiatives.
Develop key Market Research and Analysis to drive our growth and profitability
Identify and implement technology solutions e.g. CRM to effectively harness our knowledge of our key clients
Work with our Knowledge Director in “marrying” our internal legal knowledge with our knowledge of external markets to improve our client service and relationship management
Manage the Firm’s response to Tender/Proposal requests
• Ensure the firm is in a position to strategically and effectively respond to procurement developments e.g. reverse auctions etc.
• Develop Pricing strategies in conjunction with COO
• Manage the BCMHW brand name
• Increase/Enhance the BCMHW Profile
• Co-ordinate the firm’s representation in relevant Directory Listings
• Support the firm’s internal communications
• Responsible for the firm’s external communications – website/media
• Develop KPIs/ROI metrics to quantify the success of the firm’s Marketing and Business Development initiatives.
• Co-ordinate with the HR function to attract Solicitors to fill the gaps in the services that we have identified as part of the Firm’s strategy / Plan.
