ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN

A major city centre practice, located in Manchester are looking for enthusiastic, professional and creative Architectural Technicians. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects covering a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, urban design, industrial, conservation and listed buildings, leisure, retail and education.

The practice is fast growing and well respected in the region, offering the successful candidates the opportunity to work in the heart of the thriving City of Manchester. Their design ability is backed up by technical knowledge to see projects through from inception to completion, using the latest IT and CAD equipment and software.

The successful candidates will be fully conversant with AutoCAD, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Photoshop. Under the guidance of a Team Leader/Associate, you will be given the opportunity to develop technical detailing for a variety of projects in conjunction with standard ‘roll out’ work for a large client. Suitable candidates experience should have previously covered technical work and a relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or Building Studies.
